It had been only a mindless one-night-stand with a girl he had met in the club last weekend, and Zeke still couldn't get it, what had happened next. Casey had dumped him! He had tried to call him, but he didn't answer the phone; he avoided the school's bleachers during lunch break on Monday: he didn't even look at him anymore during the courses they shared; chemistry and math.
Slowly Zeke started to realize that this time he had fucked it up pretty much. And that maybe he had lost the only one who had ever truly cared for him.
