The lantern on the end of Drippy's nose had many uses. Back when he was a child's toy, it had been a nightlight for a small child, a circuit leading to a bulb slowly pulsing when the plush fairy was squeezed. It often functioned as a light source right now on their adventures, as well as a catalyst for light and fire magic, when they were down in a dank, dark cave somewhere, surrounded by the eyes of things with sharp drooling fangs. To entertain the crowd back home, Drippy would twirl it in circles, writing messages in the air.
