"I'm really not surprised," Gray said as he looked down at Orion and the tangle of lights surrounding him.
"Neither am I," Orion replied, grinning. "Monika asked if I wanted to help but so far I don't think I have. I can't even find the end of this wire..."
Gray knelt and silently dug around in the tangle, finding no fewer than three ends, none of which were the one Orion was after.
But Orion didn't mind. He was just happy that Gray was there and that eventually, they'd untangle everything.
Except for their hands, of course, after they'd finished.
